This was a great little hotel. It is certainly not high-end or luxury, but it was clean and well kept. Also, great location. The staff was exceptionally friendly and extremely helpful with advice about various things to do in Cairns. I was able to find a buy-3-get-one-night-free deal, so it was a great bargain as well.

Good location, nice service, comfortable place, especially the yard which provide excellent equipment and space for barbecue, you can enjoy here. bed is little bit small and aircon with nice,but it is ok. thanks.

Family atmosphere with many international travellers from China and Japan, I found very pleasant and their english speaking skills very good - Knee ha. Day tours were very easy to arrange. Desk staff Lisa, Andrew and Jamie very helpful and obliging. Chef and restaurant staff excellent. Barbecue hut area very good.

Staff very helpful in recommending trips to Great Barrier Reef and Daintree Rain Forest. That was our main reason in traveling up to Cairns, We travelled to Sydney from New York for our vacation and flew to Cairns as a side trip. It was an excellent experience!!
